Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. Please review the following before booking your Business Health Check Consultation. Scheduling & Payment Payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Rescheduling Plans change. You may reschedule your consultation with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional charge. Please use the rescheduling option provided with your booking confirmation or contact JLS Worldwide directly. Cancellations & Refunds Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. However, when circumstances warrant, JLS Worldwide may allow the payment to be applied toward a rescheduled session at our discretion. Missed Appointments If you do not attend your scheduled consultation and have not contacted us in advance, the session will be considered a no-show and the payment will not be refunded. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, we will make every effort to use the remaining scheduled time effectively. Because appointments are reserved specifically for each client, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time. Preparing for Your Consultation To make the most of your Business Health Check, please complete any requested pre-session information before your appointment. This allows us to spend more of our time together exploring your business, connecting the pieces, and identifying what’s possible. Our Commitment The Business Health Check is a professional consulting service designed to provide perspective, insight, and strategic guidance based on the information available at the time of your consultation.
